Washington, DC – Interfaith Alliance president, Rabbi Jack Moline, offered his condolences today following the passing of former First Lady Nancy Reagan:

“It is with great sadness that we learned of Nancy Reagan’s passing this weekend. She was an inspiration to so many and a staunch advocate for issues that she cared so deeply about. She and President Reagan set an example that many of today’s politicians would do well to follow – how to disagree with elegance and eloquence that elevates the discussion. We may not have always agreed with her, but we respected Mrs. Reagan’s steadfast belief in America. On behalf of the Board of Directors, members and staff of Interfaith Alliance, we offer our condolences to the family and friends of our former first lady.”
